CEROX Bluewelding Anti-Spatter Fluid

CEROX BLUEWELDING

Weld spatter forms during welding (MIG/MAG welding, spot welding, etc.). None of the welding procedures can fully exclude weld spatter formation. Weld spatter that has melted on the surface decreases product quality and requires reworking. To prevent the weld spatter adversities, before the welding process, CEROX Bluewelding Anti-Spatter Liquid is applied on the surface to be welded. It is applied by spraying or with a brush. CEROX Bluewelding forms a blue and thin protective coating in the welding area and prevents weld spatter build-up during welding operations. CEROX Bluewelding’s blue color shows welders if a surface is moistened with anti-spatter fluid. Weld spatter will not stick to the treated area. The weld spatter that fell on the surface can simply be removed with a brush after the welding process. It is suitable for all common welding techniques: MIG/MAG welding, spot welding, laser welding, MIG brazing, etc. After the welding, the surface may be galvanized, polished and/or coated with zinc. It is suitable for VA materials, steel and other metals. It is commonly used in automotive and steel industries (i.e. container and boiler manufacturing, crane production, etc.)

Advantages:

Application: Shake the drum before opening to make sure the solution is homogeneous. Apply CEROX Bluewelding onto the surface to be welded by using a brush or by spraying from a distance of approximately 20cm. Make sure that the surface to be protected is fully coated with CEROX Bluewelding and has blue color. Continue with the welding process. Once the welding is completed, left-over solution can be washed away with water.

Caution: Use goggles, gloves, and appropriate protective clothing during application. In case of skin contact wash the contact area with plenty of water. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Packaging: 25 kg plastic drum
