CEROX Plasma Cutting Coolant Fluid
Torch and all the metal parts of the plasma cutting machine heats up to extreme high tempreratures during the plasma cutting process. Excess heat causes electrical corrosion and the torch and the metal parts need to be repaired. To prevent this, before the plasma cutting process, CEROX Plasma Cutting Coolant Fluid is added to the liquid cooled plasma cutting machine. CEROX Plasma Cutting Coolant Fluid has a conductance lower than 5 μm. Accordingly, it reduces electrical corrosion of all metal parts of the cooling system. It extends the service life of the components. It is frost-free up to -17°C.

Application: Shake the drum before opening to make sure the solution is homogeneous. Wash the cooling system of the plasma cutting machine to get rid of any possible dirt. Add CEROX Plasma Cutting Coolant Fluid to the liquid cooled plasma cutting machine. Do not dilute it with water. For optimal cooling during the plasma cutting process, check the level of the solution in the plasma cutting machine frequently.
Caution: Use goggles, gloves, and appropriate protective clothing during application. In case of skin contact wash the contact area with plenty of water. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
